Bob came prepared. You could tell he'd thought about the topic before we even started, and that made for a real conversation rather than a standard interview. He's been around long enough to ask the questions that actually matter, and he listens to the answers instead of just waiting for his turn. Traveled widely, thinks independently, and brings a lot of life experience into how he frames things. The interview was a genuine exchange. I left it feeling like we'd covered something honestly. Highly recommend the show.
